About Us

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization working to bring supports and resources to youth and families in Green County and the rest of Southwestern Wisconsin. We are doing this in three phases:

Phase One: Education for adolescents preparing for young adulthood, education and support for parents/caregivers, and mental health awareness to communities in Green County. *current phase*

Phase Two: Bring an innovative, evidence-based model of group home closer to our families for better reunification outcomes and supports. *3-5 year phase*

Phase Three:  Bring an innovative, evidence-based model of residential campus to Southwest Wisconsin, which is currently an intensive treatment desert, for better reunification outcomes and supports. *7-10 year phase*

Vision 

We believe the youth of Southwest Wisconsin would be better served with community-based services that are close to home; our intention is to create a new, family-centered model for a spectrum of services that encourages children and families to be successful within their own communities. 

Mission 

We are raising awareness, providing education and advocacy, and promoting independence through the development of family-centered services including a youth hub, group home, and a residential treatment campus.
